Steak Fajitas
(Clockwise starting from top left)
Ingredients
- 2 lb any kind strip/top round steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tbs taco seasoning
- 1 yellow sweet pepper, thin sliced
- 1 orange sweet pepper, thin sliced
- 4 Campari tomatoes, sliced into 12ths
Instructions
- Place steak on sheet pan and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Turn to coat. Drizzle with olive oil. Fill remainder of sheet pan with yellow and orange sweet pepper.
- Bake at 400 for about 10-15 minutes, until just pink in the middle.
- Slice thin, serve topped with tomato and side of rice.
