Turkey Sausage
Ingredients
- 2 packages turkey sausages, cut on a bias
- 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 cup brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 turnip, cubed
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix sausage and vegetables with garlic on a sheet pan.
- Season with salt and pepper, hand toss to mix. Drizzle with honey.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Serve over rice, if desired.
