Cheeseburger
Ingredients
- 2lbs ground beef
- 1/8 cup McCormick’s Hamburger seasoning
- 3 Campari tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 cups bagged slaw mix
Instructions
- In
large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned, breaking into crumbles. Drain. - Stir in hamburger seasoning, and ¼ cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed.
- Serve, topped with cheese, tomato, and onion, and a side of slaw.

–Ranch pork and roasted veggies
–BBQ chicken and sweet potato “fries”
–Deconstructed cheeseburger with a side of slaw
–kielbasa with cauliflower and carrots
