Kielbasa

Kielbasa with cauliflower and carrots

Ingredients

  • 1lb Kielbasa (Sliced)
  • 4 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup baby carrots (sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, and toss to coat evenly with oil and seasonings.
  2. Pour onto your sheet pan in a single layer. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
