Kielbasa
Ingredients
- 1lb Kielbasa (Sliced)
- 4 cups small cauliflower florets
- 1 cup baby carrots (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt (to taste)
- 3/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, and toss to coat evenly with oil and seasonings.
- Pour onto your sheet pan in a single layer. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Cooked with:
–Swedish meatballs (very much NOT paleo)
–Ranch pork and roasted veggies
–BBQ chicken and sweet potato “fries”
–Deconstructed cheeseburger with a side of slaw
–kielbasa with cauliflower and carrots
