Ranch Pork
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 oz ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix (1 oz package)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp oregano dry
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 4-6 pork chops either boneless or bone-in will work
- Your choice of frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Place pork in resealable bag. Drizzle the olive oil over the pork chops, pour in ranch seasoning, paprika, oregano, and pepper. Seal bag and massage seasoning into pork until evenly covered.
- Place the pork on a sheet pan with veggies. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
- Serve with choice of rice, if desired.

–Ranch pork and roasted veggies
–BBQ chicken and sweet potato “fries”
–Deconstructed cheeseburger with a side of slaw
–kielbasa with cauliflower and carrots
